To whom it may concern,
Our family suffered the loss of a dear family member in September, 2023. We live in the Detroit area and there is no one local to her home who could help. Her home needed to be sold as quickly as possible. In November of 2023, Donald Betts stepped in to assist in this difficult situation and he jumped in with enthusiasm and determination from the start. He visited the home regularly, managed the emptying, cleaning and preparation for sale which was very challenging. He is still, after the sale, helping us with mail that continues to arrive at the house. Don is not only a very hard worker, always working in a competent, professional manner but has also been extremely kind and helpful with every obstacle we faced (and there were many). His communication was impeccable. We heard from him often, sometimes several times a day. He always responded to our concerns promptly.
The house was sold in early December. We highly recommend calling Don if you are looking for a realtor who will go above and beyond for his clients.
